The Founders Heritage Park is a museum in Nelson, New Zealand, housing a number of groups with historical themes, including transport. A short heritage railway line is operated by the Nelson Railway Society. Several shops operate in the museum, selling bakery and other artisan foods, as well as locally-made arts & crafts.

The Saxton Oval, also known as Saxton Field, is a cricket ground in Nelson. The ground was constructed by the Nelson Cricket Association following their move from Trafalgar Park, at a cost of $3.8 million. The Oval is part of a wider sports complex which also offers athletics, association football, field hockey and softball facilities.
The Theatre Royal offers the people of Nelson and the Tasman region a fully restored heritage auditorium. The theatre has an all new enlarged flat stage area, a fully counterweighted flying system, new lighting and sound control systems, new dressing rooms, laundry and kitchen facilities.
The Theatre Royal Nelson is a beautifully restored ‘A’ listed theatre with 333 quality, comfortable seats over two levels, all with unobstructed views.

The Trafalgar Centre is the largest indoor multi-purpose events centre in the Nelson / Tasman Region. Originally built as a sports stadium, the Centre also hosts major cultural and entertainment events and exhibitions.
