H3’s Marketing team is at the heart of world-class events held in Hamilton. Due to a career move and city relocation, we have a vacancy in our small team for a Marketing Analyst to join us in a business where no two days are the same.
Working across the business and all event genres, this role will be responsible for all our strategic marketing analysis including leads, engagement, optimisations across all event types and venues plus extensive social media management and advancement. We require someone with robust understanding of marcom strategies and experience in digital channels.
The role is not for a novice or someone just starting out in their career – we need a knowledgeable individual with 3-5 years of relevant experience and the ability to proactively manage their work to contribute to the growth of our business.
You will work in a small tight-knit team, easily build effective working relationships and relate naturally to a variety of people at all levels. You also will need great communication skills and also have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Sometimes the work we do doesn’t always take place Monday to Friday, so you’ll need to be flexible and prepare to work outside of these hours also.
