    About the Role - This is a permanent full-time role that was established by Council and Bizlink Hāwera. The Enterprise Hub is a coworking, events, and business support venue for South Taranaki.

    The primary purpose of the Enterprise Hub Lead is to ensure the smooth and sustainable operation of the Enterprise Hub by driving high occupancy levels, revenue, and retention. The role also involves delivering aspects of the Bizlink annual business plan. The Enterprise Hub Lead also plays a key role in fostering a connected community of members, maintaining a high standard of building presentation and event curation.

    Do you have what it takes? - This is a busy role and if you want variety plus, this role has it from initiating and promoting events for the wider business community that provide learning, skill development, and networking, providing an opportunity for the wider community to experience the space to providing support as required to regional business support events such as Powerup, Rebel Business School and Startup Weekend Taranaki. Providing support to all business through being relentlessly positive, working alongside the Business Development Manager and the Bizlink executive to develop annual business plans, managing the Enterprise Hub operational budget, reviewing the performance of the Enterprise Hub against KPI's, greeting guests from the front desk when necessary and, consistently delivering excellent customer service are all requirements of this role.

    About You - You are a talented team player with a Diploma in Business and/or 2+ years' experience within the flexible workspace environment who has a "can-do" attitude, a passion for managing relationships and building rapport with others. You will have the ability to connect and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders and your ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining solution-focussed is paramount. You will enjoy taking on new challenges, drawing on your expertise to manage complex situations to achieve successful outcomes and you will have a strong sales focus with a proven track record in lead generation and sales along with superior knowledge of business functions and an understanding of lean start-up methodologies.

    The salary range for this position is between $70,740pa and $78,600pa and the appointed starting level will be dependent on skills and experience and will be discussed during interviews with shortlisted candidates.
