The Operations Process Administrator…
… will be responsible for keeping our learner-related data accurate and processed in a timely manner. 

Working closely with our Engagement team you will manage individual learner training plans and assist with the distribution of all learner and assessor resources. You'll be a master of data management, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all enrollments, training agreements, credit reporting and completions for our learners. 

Last but not least, you'll provide valuable administrative support to the wider Operations team!
