Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career in the events industry or take on a new challenge? We are looking for a Venues Facilities Manager in our Palmy Venues division to ensure the Conference + Function Centre and Central Energy Trust Arena are presented to a high standard in line with customer requirements.

In this busy and varied role, you will be managing all aspects of facility maintenance. You will be responsible for asset maintenance, maintenance budgets, asset renewals, health and safety compliance and overseeing the team responsible for the set-up and operational delivery of all events.

You will be highly organised and be able to work under pressure as no two days are the same. Being detail focused and using your initiative and risk management skills will ensure you are prepared for any issues that arise.

Your experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is a must as you will oversee and work closely with venue contractors, sponsors and major clients. As a leader, you will be able to communicate with your co-workers in a professional manner and provide clear direction.
