Security – what advancements are being made in security processes across venues? Have venue deployments changed in the last 5 years? What advancements in technology are being introduced?



Promoter/Hirer Costs – what are we doing to make NZ venues more appealing/viable? Venue costs such as traffic management, security, integrated ticketing are significant for promoters let alone their own freight costs etc.




Ticketing Code of Conduct: Since the launch of the Ticketing Code of Conduct, what feedback or questions have come up for you, your team, or your stakeholders? Are there any challenges in aligning with the Code, and how are you finding the process of introducing and embedding it into your business or venue operations? What resources or support would help make implementation smoother?

Thinking outside the box - What creative and innovative ideas have been implemented in your workplace to solve problems and create new solutions for your business? What does creativity and innovation mean in your workplace?

Resilience - resilience of staff, fatigue management, resilience of organisations to weather big disruptions or impacts. What plans do you have in place?


Data/Cyber Security: In the context of data and cyber security, how prepared is your venue to handle a potential cyberattack? If your systems were compromised and your site had to go offline, what contingencies do you have in place to manage ticket sales, event entry, and customer communication effectively? Are there any specific challenges you’ve identified or areas where additional support might be needed?

Environmental Sustainability - How do you balance the imperative to deliver aspirational sustainability outcomes and the cost of doing so.
