    We are looking for an energetic and motivated Operations Supervisor to help deliver our huge range of events and activities across our Venues.

    We have a permanent, full-time opportunity in the role of Venue Operations Supervisor. The role predominantly will work at TSB Stadium/Bowl of Brooklands to deliver supervisor duties across the busy summer and concert season and will fulfil Supervisor duties of Yarrow Stadium that currently exist. Once Yarrow Stadium is back up and running the Supervisor will then be placed full time at that Venue. The Operations Supervisor oversees all the day to day events and operational requirements including staffing, catering, cleaning and technical services. This role oversees sporting activities, performances, conferences and function business and coordinates all client requirements.

    For this busy role, where no two days are the same, we are looking for someone who is solutions focused with excellent communication skills. Experience in health and safety and venue operations is an advantage. A full, clean driver's licence is required, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You will need to be flexible in hours and have the ability to work on the occasional weekends and have no problem being hands on to assist whenever required.
