We are on the hunt for an experienced Ticketing Account Manager to join our professional and close knit group. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up ticketing solutions for their events and providing operational support on event days.

As a key member of our small team, you will work closely with clients, ensuring their ticketing needs are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire event lifecycle. Your job is to manage our client's experience from event on sale, right through to event day operations and post event review process.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, knowledge of the events industry and a real desire to deliver an excellent experience to your clients.
