Join the dynamic team at Auckland Theatre Company (ATC) to coordinate event planning and delivery at the award-winning ASB Waterfront Theatre in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter. The stunning 675 seat intimate theatre, with its expansive public and function spaces, hosts a range of performing arts, entertainment and corporate events.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring their success from conception through to completion.
We are looking for a person who can offer:
- A passion for the performing arts and events industry.
- At least one years’ proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Attention to detail second to none and comfort with hands-on operational delivery.
- An outstanding customer service attitude.
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a full-time, permanent role which includes regular evening and weekend work.
