He angitūtanga: The opportunity
Tātaki Auckland Unlimited has an opportunity for an Event Rostering Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager Event Services, the key purposes of this role are to:
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of staffing for our events.
- Establish the Front of House event staffing requirements, implement the fortnightly roster, and communicate the roster and any changes with a wide variety of staff.
- Be the point of contact for our 200+ casual and permanent Event Service Attendants
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of our rostering database (HumanForce), systems, policies, and procedures.

He kōrero mōu: About you
We are looking for a person who is passionate about events, has an awesome attitude and can bring the following:
- Excellent administration and coordination skills, including a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Be deadline driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while still retaining a high level of accuracy.
- Preferably have previous rostering experience, including the scheduling of a large number of casual employees, or easily learn how to use computer based systems.

- This is a permanent, full time flexible position, working 40 hours, across Monday to Friday generally, with some rostered Saturdays where required
