Baycourt Community & Arts Centre (as part of the Tauranga City Council whānau) is on the hunt for a full time Senior Event Coordinator to join our never-a-dull-moment team. This role is crucial to the successful delivery of events at Baycourt Community & Arts Centre and The Cargo Shed.

Some of the nuts and bolts of the role will include:

• Developing and maintaining high quality relationships
• Booking and contracting events
• Preparing event schedules for internal departments
• Financial management
