About the Role

Venues Ōtautahi is delighted to be accepting applications for a Food and Beverage (F&B) Lead to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Food and Beverage Lead will be right in the thick of it at times, from concerts to conferences and all other events in between. This role is charged with ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality food and beverage services at allocated events, at our venues, in the lead up to, and on event day.

As a key member of the team, the F&B Lead will support and mentor the casual event delivery staff on event day, inspiring them to provide outstanding customer service and ensuring that everything runs seamlessly during these high-energy, fast-paced events, while collaborating closely with the culinary team to ensure the food presentation is to the highest possible standard, monitor alcohol consumption, and go above and beyond to ensure guests and client needs are met.
