Baycourt Community & Arts Centre (as part of the Tauranga City Council whānau) is on the hunt for two fantastic event specialists - we're looking for a full time Event Coordinator and a Senior Event Coordinator to join our never-a-dull-moment team. These two roles are crucial to our team and the successful delivery of events in Tauranga Moana.

Some of the nuts and bolts of the role will include:

• Developing and maintaining high quality relationships
• Booking and contracting events
• Preparing event schedules for internal departments
• Financial management
• Quizzing - we like ourselves a good daily quiz!

So, what will it take to stand out from the crowd?

• Next level planning and organisational skills
• Event and/or venue administration experience
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• An eye for detail
• Cool under pressure
• Legit problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A love of all things arts and culture-y!
