We are seeking a talented, professional Duty Operations Manager to manage the onsite delivery of events across our premium portfolio of venues. You will be an integral part of our events, understanding the logistics and set up required every day.
This will involve briefing and managing event staff for theatre shows, being the main point of escalation, resolving health and safety and ticketing issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all clients and visitors.
