We are seeking a talented Event Planner to join our high-performing team. The role will support our Auckland Conventions Venues & Events brand which specialises in business and private events. This role is based between Aotea Centre and Auckland Zoo, acting as the operational stakeholder between Auckland Conventions and the Zoo.

As an Event Planner, you will coordinate logistics, and provide planning and operational expertise for multiple concurrent events, often complex and high-profile, to bring events at Auckland Zoo to life. You will build, develop, and maintain relationships with a range of key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and staff across the wider Tataki Auckland Unlimited organisation to ensure agreed service standards are met, while providing a high level of customer service

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to be a part of the fast-paced team that plans and delivers over 1,000 events annually, and to be responsible for delivering events at the incredible and unique location that is the Auckland Zoo!
