As the Visitor Experience Operations Executive (VEOE), you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the operational side of Q's on-site customer journey, from arrival at Q, to our food and beverage and front-of-house operations.
You will manage the Visitor Experience Team to deliver high performance and ensure all events are delivered with the highest level of customer service and attention to detail. You will work closely with hirers, programming, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that the set-up and delivery of exhibitions and events fully meet internal, hirer, and participant expectations.
This role will work in tandem with another Visitor Experience Operations Executive. On day-to-day operations, you will work on a roster system with one week working on administrative duties in the administration office, and the alternate week working as in-charge manager for all VE Operations in both FOH and Hospitality areas.
With approximately 35 Visitor Experience Team Members, the Visitor Experience department is the largest team at Q and is responsible for welcoming and engaging all visitors, supporting the delivery of programmes and events and maximising income from hospitality sales.
