He angitūtanga: The opportunity
The Momentus Business Partner is responsible for the management of Momentus Enterprise (Momentus - formerly Ungerboeck) software’s interaction with business process, training and adoption across Tātaki Auckland Unlimited (TAU) as it relates to venue and event management.
You will act as the primary system interface between business units and Digital team, driving enhancement planning, improving user experience and maintaining a high level of Momentus knowledge throughout the business with implementation of a Momentus training roadmap and resource library. You will provide continuous review of processes and performance improvement opportunities and establish and maintain Momentus User group across the Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Rōpū.
The role will be based in the Venue & Event Operations team and work collaboratively with the Product Owner, Digital team, SMEs and ICT, as well as users across all functional areas of the business. You will provide reporting to management for business planning, and provide high quality project management to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects.

We are looking for a focused and dynamic person with strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive knowledge of Momentus Enterprise system in a venue and event environment.
You will be a strategic thinker, experienced with structured problem solving and process management and improvement, and have the ability to translate business needs into process and system requirements, as well as experience in large and complex digital projects.
You will have a strong customer service ethic, excellent organisational skills and extensive understanding of end-to-end venue management best practices and procedures.
You will thrive in a flexible and collaborative culture, have proven ability to develop and maintain networks and relationships, and possess a strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
